1. Scope
sanitas24.ch provides all deliveries based on these general terms and conditions. They apply to the delivery of goods that the customer ordered on Sanitas24.ch.

2. Prices
The prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF) and contain the legally required VAT. The prices specified on the Internet pages apply at the time of the order input.

3. Shipping costs
FREE SHIPPING throughout Switzerland for orders over CHF 50.-. For orders under CHF 50.-, a shipping fee of CHF 8.70 will be charged via DHL Express.


4. Delivery
The order is delivered as soon as possible. If the goods are availed within 1-2 working days at the latest. The delivery takes place via DHL Express. For logistical reasons, we are entitled to partial deliveries. In this case, however, no additional shipping costs are charged. Statutory holidays and public holidays that vary within Switzerland also affect the delivery time of your order and lead to a shift in delivery.

5.1 Purchase on account via PowerPay
Purchase on account with partial payment option (PowerPay)

As an external payment service provider, MF Group / PowerPay offers the payment method “Buying on account”. With the order calculation, you can simply pay your online purchase by invoice. If you do without a payment in the given time frame, you will receive a monthly bill with an order overview in the following month.

At the conclusion of the purchase contract, PowerPay takes over the resulting invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment modalities. When buying on account, you accept the terms and conditions of PowerPay in addition to our terms and conditions. (powerpay.ch/de/agb).

6. Returns and defects
Complaints regarding quality or quantity are immediately, stating the invoice number and product designation, at the latest, at the latest 7 days After receiving the goods in writing to the seller. Returns: For hygiene reasons, the cell-1 body lotion cannot be exchanged, the cell-1 skin care and all other products ONLY if the adhesive film or safety tab is still on. No money-back guarantee. The postage will be charged for returns.

7. Newsletter
We sent you a newsletter, so you have accepted the newsletter. If you no longer want to have a newsletter from us, we ask you to log out and you will no longer receive any further newsletter from us and your data will be deleted from our database.

7.1. Newsletter Sign up
If you have registered for our newsletter, the collection, storage and use of your personal data will be carried out for the purpose of transmitting individualized product information and offers using electronic mail.

7.2. SMS-Marketing
We use the mobile phone number you provided during a purchase to occasionally send you information about similar promotions and offers via text message. If you no longer wish to receive text messages from us, you can revoke your consent at any time. To do so, simply send a short email to the website linked in the text message (you can unsubscribe via the contact form, email, or phone).

8. Data protection
Sanitas24.ch only absorbs the mandatory data and uses it as part of the processing of the order and with the purpose of making shopping as easy as possible for the recurring customer. The personal data is treated confidentially by Sanitas24 GmbH in accordance with data protection legislation. Sanitas24 GmbH does not pass any data on to third parties.
